Cyprus Home Rental consists of a complex of 3 unique Cyprus traditional houses originally build around 1860 which they have been united and recently renovated under the Cyprus agro tourism scheme under the supervision of the Cyprus museum authorities and sponsored by the Cyprus Tourism Organization.
Cyprus Home Rental complex consists of three houses:
Anna with 5 one-bedroom apartments and 3 studios, accommodation for 16 persons
Cosmas with 1 – one bedroom apartment and 4 studios, accommodation for 10 persons
Michalis with 2- one bedroom apartment 1 and 1 studio, accommodation for 6 persons
All 3 houses can accommodate up to 32 persons.
It can be rented as a whole house 3 villas or each villa separate according your needs.

All bedrooms have air-conditioning hot/cold and they are decorated with Cypriot traditional materials.
Each apartment or studio has a sitting room with a well equipped small kitchen with a refrigerator, electric oven, hob cooker, toaster, kettle, hair dryer, television, DVD, air-condition.
Linen and towels are provided free of charge.
Every apartment has a private area in the yard furnished with wooden chairs and tables and it is connected with the swimming pool area.
Centrally located is the internal stone made yard offered for relaxation and sunbathing. Season flowers Lemon and other matured fruit trees forward their shadows for book reading.

Governors beach – one of the unspoiled Cyprus beaches and the finest for swimming and sunbathing on the southern coast of Cyprus only 15 kilometres away, is offered for those who like diving, snorkelling, boating and fishing. For those who like walking, there are many wonderful walks along nature trails in the hills near by, or walk along the beach and enjoy spectacular sunrises and sunsets. It is centrally located, 10 kilometres from the beach and midway Larnaca and Limassol, two of the major cities in Cyprus and just 1 km from the motor way; this is a great advantage because it's easy to organise day trips and see more of Cyprus. Governor's Beach, is only 10 kilometres away; apart of it’s excellent shallow beach, also offers the spectacular white rocks area for those who like snorkelling, boating, fishing…or have a nice walk in one of the many nature trails on the hills near by, or on the beach watching a beautiful sunrise There is a grate selection of nice restaurants, where you can enjoy your lunch or dinner sitting under the trees… just a few meters away from the crystal water.

The villa comprises 16 bedrooms in total; 12 double, 4 twin and 4 cots, 15 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 3 single sofa beds located in the in the sitting room. This gives room for up to 20 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 15 bathrooms and 15 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd. The music system will play radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 15 in the living room and 15 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a east facing garden, a east facing patio area, a east facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside climbing, walking, mountain biking, shopping areas, a themepark, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find swimming, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, cycling, horse riding, historic sites, a museum, a restaurant.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a zoo, a theatre/cinema.
