The apartment is part of a 3 bedroom stone build villa in the village of Tochni with lovely views of the village and the sea from the elevated veranda. There is a delightful garden with many fruit trees, a traditional barbeque, stone yards with country style chairs and tables, sun beds, and a swimming pool. A superb Cyprus village house in a real Cyprus village.
There are traditional restaurants, bank, and mini market less than 500 hundred metres from the house. There is a horse riding centre near by, Water Park, Zoo, Camel Park as well as a biker centre. There are also so many ancient places of interest in the area. (Choirokitia Neolithic village, Kalavasos Tenta, beautiful Saint George nunnery which is located near the beach, the ancient town “Amathunta”, the ancient town “Kourion”, Lemesos Archaeological Museum and many more…).
Visiting Nicosia, Paphos, Akamas, or Troodos Mountains is less than one hour drive!
Limassol and Larnaca tourist area where you can enjoy night life is less than 30 minutes drive. Travelling around Cyprus is easy as driving is on the left.
 

The apartment has a double bed and a single bed in the bedroom and a folded bed in the sitting room. It is decorated with Cypriot traditional materials.There is air conditioning cooling and heating,and satellite TV. Free of charge High-Speed Internet Access available. Linen and towels are provided every 4 days free of charge. 

The apartment has an open plan dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4 ring hob, a cooker, fridge, toaster, kettle, and also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils. However eating out in Cyprus is cheap and the food is delicious, so many people dont bother to cook. A washing machine, iron, and iron board are also available.

 

The house is situated in Tochni Village which is located right in the centre of the island, by the beach, and midway Larnaca and Limassol, two of the major cities in Cyprus. The location is a great advantage because it's easy to organise day trips and see more of the island of love...Cyprus. Governor's Beach, Which is only 6 kilometres away apart of it’s excellent shallow beach , also offers the spectacular white rocks area for those who like snorkelling, boating, fishing…or have a nice walk in one of the many nature trails on the hills near by, or on the beach watching a beautiful sunrise There is a grate selection of nice restaurants, where you can enjoy your lunch or dinner sitting under the trees… just a few meters away from the crystal water.

The house comprises 1 bedrooms in total; 1 double and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the house cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The house has satellite/cable.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this house.

The house is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a east facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the house you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, horse riding, scuba diving, a zoo, shopping areas, a themepark.

Within easy reach of the house you will find a sports center, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema.
