Our house is located in the beautiful Lecrin valley, in the village of Saleres. Saleres is a typical whitewashed andalucian village, which gives you the feel of the real spain where mules are more likely to be seen than cars.
The valley of Lecrin has a number a similar villages which have plenty of restaurants, bars, banks and shops. There is also local vans that deliver bread, fish etc straight to your village.
In the valley and surrounding area we can organise walking, cycling, horse riding, fishing and cookery and painting courses 

On the outside is a pretty courtyard with heated pool, table, chairs and sunloungers.
The entrance is on the second floor with outside terrace overlooking the pool. You enter the house into an open plan area consisting of the Kitchen to the right and large lounge with dining area to the Left.
The lounge has an open fire, sofa which will convert to a double bed, satelite TV and DVD system, with French doors overlooking the pool. There is a dinning area and Kitchen consisting of Hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher and microwave.
The bedrooms are downstairs, Bedroom one is a single room with the option of a double with door to patio area and bedroom two has a double bed with french doors over looking the pool. The bathroom has WC, basin and large shower. Upstairs there is a tower room with books and stero system with beautiful views over the valley.
Outside is a roof terrace with fabulous views, sunloungers and table and chairs, room with washing machine.

There are lovely traditional wooden ceiling beams throughout the property.
 

The property is provided with all linen and bathroom towels.
A welcome pack of groceries can be purchased for your arrival. Meals can also be pre-ordered.
Car hire is essential due to the lovely rural location of the area.

The village house comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots. . This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The village house has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use.

The village house has television dvd, satellite/cable.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 5 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

This is a non-smoking village house

The village house is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views.

The village house is right beside walking.

Close to the village house you will find swimming, fishing, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the village house you will find a beach, climbing, skiing/snowboarding, golf, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema.

We run classes in Cookery,painting and guided walking tours in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada

The famous Alhambra palace is in Granada 30 mins way.

Lydia says: "We had a lovely time at the Villa, everything was great. The decoration and the facilities were outstanding. The pictures and the information were spot-on. We couldnt have asked for a more beautiful setting or villa to stay in, it ticked all our boxes. There were only a couple of things that could be improved upon for the next renters. When we arrived the pool was not full and we needed to put the hose pipe in which meant very cold water for the first day of swimming. Also the fridge had not been switched on and we had arrived with food and drink which needed to be kept cold immediately and in 40C temperatures this was very difficult. These things did not by any means affect our stay, we would love to return! Thanks so much to you Alison for you beautiful villa! Lydia and Mike"
