Buena Vista is a large villa built over 3 floors in the beautiful village of Beznar in the Lecrin valley. The villa has a lakeside setting and is in a peaceful location but close to many local activities and facilities. Within 20 minutes you are able to drive to historic Granada and the Alhambra Palace and the same distance will get you to the pretty seaside resort of Salobrena and Motril where you will find a brand new 18 hole golf course. There is a water park at Almunecar just 25 minutes away and Friday Market is something to behold here too. There are other local markets within a 10 minute drive of Beznar on many other days of the week. There is just one bar in the village and a supermarket but many more can be found just two mins away by car in Lecrin. Durcal is a large town a mere 7 minutes away by car.  

On the first floor we have a lovely lounge/dining room with tv and video. There is also a downstairs wc off here and a lovely log fire for the winter evenings. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with full cooker, microwave, dishwasher kettle, toaster, juicer and all cutlery and crockery required.
On the first floor we have another lovely lounge with Satelite Tv chanels in english. Here there are 2 sofas and rocking chair and another dining table and chairs. There is a music centre with cd's and tapes, dvd player and video recorder. This leads to a double bedroom. Internet access is available at charge
Across the landing there is the master bedroom and next to that a full modern bathroom with shower over the bath.
Up thre marble stairs again to the third floor and you will find a further single bedroom and then another double. By the exit to the terrace there is a utility room with washer and dryer, iron and board. The terrace is 40ft across and is fully furnished with bbq along with table, chairs and loungers. The views are incredible here and it is lit with solar lighting on an evening. 

Our private garden and swimming pool is just a 3/5 minute walk over the road. The garden has tables, chairs and sun loungers and there are water toys to play for the children. which previous guest have left .There is also a bbq there and solar lighting for the evenings.
The pool and garden are generally available from Mid may onwards due to the water temperatures but this can be altered if specifically mentioned weather permitting.
Please be aware that we have two properties next to each oher and they both have access to the pool and garden

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 single and 1 cots. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the master bedroom. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 7 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, flying, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, historic sites, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find skiing/snowboarding, scuba diving, a zoo.
