Our lovely Spaish home is situated close to the Lake of Beznar in the Lecrin Valley just 20 minutes drive from Cosmopolitan Granada. However, the area is tranquil but so close to all amenities and activities to make your holiday a memorable one. We are just a 10 minutes drive from Motril and Salobrena our nearest Seaside resorts and only a 40 minute drive to the Sierra Nevada Ski Resort wich also has much to offer in the summer months. If you prefer not to drive in Spain you have the option of booking a car pick up from Granada (max 4 pax) at an extra charge and meals can be ordered for your home if required.
There is a lovely family bar just 2 minutes from the house where they serve meals and snacks with big screne tv for sporting events etc. and the local bakery is next to our garden. The local doctor is located on the main street as is the brand new supermarket.
 

The house is on three floors. the ground floor has a lovely lounge/dining room, with Satelite TV , dvd and video. there are also childrens games for them to play with.
The kitchen is modern with full cooker/hob and there is a microwave, fridge,freezer, washing machine and coffee maker.
Kettle, crockery, cutlery and glassware is included and there is a juicer. You will also find and iron and board for your convenience. Also downstairs there is a full bathroom with shower over the bath. Our family garden and pool is situated approx 3 minutes walk from the house and you will always be welcome to use this as your own. 

There is a double bedroom front facing with wooden shutters to a small balcony. One twin bedroom and a triple with double bed and bunk above this.
There is also a shower room with wc etc on the first floor.
Ceiling Fans are in each of the rooms for your comfort in the summer though the curtains at the windows and marble floors do keep the house quite cool.
On the balcony there is a new gas bbq and tables and chairs for dining alfresco.

 

Buena Vista is overlooking Beznar Lake The garden and pool are a mere 3/5 minutes walk over the road. The swimming pool is available all year but it is not heated so is pretty cold in the winter. The pool and garden will be open to use always. Please be aware that this is a family pool and garden but you are alway very welcome to use this. Air conditioning available in form of portable unit at a £15per week fee

The village house comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots. The property also has 1 double bunk bed located in the second bedroom. This gives room for up to 7 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The village house has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the village house cool.

The village house has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 7 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The village house is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a patio area, a balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque.

The village house is right beside swimming, fishing, walking, cycling, mountain biking, a food shop.

Close to the village house you will find a beach, sailing, boat hire, wind surfing, climbing, flying, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant.

Within easy reach of the village house you will find skiing/snowboarding, a zoo.

jan says: "Lago Vista is a really pretty property. It was immaculate and had every home from home comfort. We found plenty for our children to do out and about and the roads are very safe. They particularly enjoyed the pool and there were even toys and play stations to use with games before bedtime. The beach was only 20 mins away but we preferred to stay round the pool where the local supermaket kept the kids happy with icecream etc as it is sited opposite the garden. The two bathrooms were lovely and the rooms spacious and well furnished. I would definately go again Jan"
