Overlooking the courtyard and on beyond with uninterrupted views of beautiful countryside, this property provides the opportunity to relax and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the surrounding area as well as its abundant wildlife.
The estate borders a large 7 hectare lake, known locally for its excellent carp fishing. Fishing permits can be purchased locally.
 

Equipped to a high standard, with combinations of super king size, twin and double beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. A cot, high chair & car seat are available if required. Private fenced rear garden laid to lawn, with garden furniture and barbecue. There is an above ground swimming pool

The farm house comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 3 double and 1 cots. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the family bedroom. This gives room for up to 7 people.

The farm house has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The farm house has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
