The house is divided between 2 floors. The first floor comprises of one master ensuite bedroom with views over the sea, one twin bedroom with views of the pool and a further double bedroom also overlooking the pool and gardens. This floor also has a family bathroom. The
ground floor includes an open plan living and dining room, a large and fully equipped modern kitchen and a guest toilet. There is also a large furnished terrace that wraps around the house with sea views one side and views of the golf course and countryside on the other.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television satellite/cable.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils.
