Villa Seabra is a beautiful villa with a large Swimming Pool ( 12 x 6 m ) and a nice garden (3000 sq ). This house has Six Bedrooms where can sleep with comfort 12 People. are several restaurants , bars and litlle shops where you can enjoy shopping or walk in the village. The local Beach Praia das Macas is only 5 min. walk. From the Balcony of the bedrooms you will see a fantastic sea view towards the beach. Also, we can see some of the best historical monuments in the Sintra hill's.
Lisbon, the capital, Estoril, Cascais are only half an hour drive.

Close to the villa there are many restaurants, supermarkets and little shops. Some of the best golf courses in the area are located an half an hour drive (Penha Longa Golf, Quinta da Marinha Golf, Estoril Golf, etc). In Colares (5 min. drive) you can taste the exceptional Wine ( Ramisco Colares) in the local Adega.

 

 

The villa comprises 6 bedrooms in total; 4 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television and home cinema with video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, vinyl records, cds, radio. Recreational activities available with the villa include a home gym, a snooker/pool table, table tennis.

There is room for 12 in the living room and 12 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private north facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Jane says: "Villa Seabra is in an excellent position for enjoying local beaches which are only a short walk or car journey away. Visiting Sintra and the surrounding area is well worth the effort and is an easy drive or fun on the tram. In our party there were 13 adults and one child. We found Villa Seabra had a warm, welcoming atmosphere we were surrounded by books and artefacts and we quickly settled in and felt at home. The kitchen, dining area and lounge were all well equipped although the dining table was large it could not accommodate all of us at once so we took to eating casually in the lounge. The bedrooms were basic but once we got used to them were quite comfortable, we were disappointed with the bathroom arrangement as there was only one full bathroom (which didn’t lock!) for four bedrooms on the first floor, the other was en-suite to the 5th bedroom. We used the poolside shower in the mornings to help with the congestion and once we got used to doing this it was fine. Outside the garden, patio and pool areas were lovely but the pool water was so cold it took a lot of courage to swim. We had a great holiday in Villa Seabra and fell in love with the area."
