Situated directly on the Cascais coast, Ocean View II is the ultimate luxury apartment rental, with a full view of the Atlantic Ocean from all the rooms in the apartment.The surrounding area provides all the modern conveniences, offering coffee shops, cash point machines, restaurants, free bicycle hire, a health and fitness centre, and it is only a 20-25 minute walk from the Cascais town center. 

The building has a secured video entry phone system and a daytime porter until 8 pm, after which all entry and exit points are highly secured.
 

Cascais was traditionally a seaside fishing village until the late 19th century when Cascais was transformed into a fashionable seaside resort where nobility began to flock, turning Cascais into a cosmopolitan area that still retains the character and charm of a small town.

The old lighthouse of the Cascais Marina, a 10 minute walk along the coast overlooks a pristine bay of sparkling water. Here you can find restaurants, bars, cafes, a newsagent, and some shops. The Cascais Naval Club is also situated there. Cascais Marina is a modern, well equipped marina with mooring for 630 boats and 120 berths for boats in transit.

Guincho beach, a short drive (or you can rent a bike next to the apartment for free) along the coast is the largest beach in Cascais and the coastal strip between the Apartment and Guincho beach hosts some of the top seafood restaurants, overlooking the spectacular sea view. 

The apartment comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television satellite/cable.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Martin says: "The apartment was spacious, well equiped and very nicely furnished. It was also well cleaned during our stay. It had a glorious outlook over the sea and was very conveniently located for Cascais town, local restaurants, golf, horse riding and other sporting and leisure activities. The pool was very nice, clean and well maintained, as were the lovely grounds that the apartment building was set in. It was very secure with a security guard at the door and only residents with passes to the apartment building could enter, which made you feel very safe. Finally, the owners went out of their way to provide a whole range of information that we enquired about, including recommending local restaurants, activities for our children and places of interest, local festivals and all manner of things to do. We can only but highly recommend this apartment and the owners' attention to detail. Thank you Odeh for making our holiday very enjoyable."
