Located in the posh villa of Monte Estoril, only 1000 meters walk to the beach and railroad station. You can dive in the relaxed atmosphere of Monte Estoril or you can walk to the neighbour famous Town of Cascais. If you want to visit Lisbon you can go by train (30 minutes ride) or car (20 minutes).

Lisbon Coast apartment rent reviews
jarmo says: "Unfortunately we could not stay any longer than 18 hours there due to the mould in the staircase. It was smelling also inside the apartment. The night was cold and there was no heater. Neither could we find any coffee maker, towels in the kitchen etc. The fridge was dirty. Instead of the advertised 8 minutes walk it took 20 minutes to the beach. We cannot recommend this apartment for a holiday."

I would like to make it clear that this extremely poor and incredibly inaccurate review is a result of a dispute over a refund that the client was expecting, to which he was not entitled according to the contract provided by ourselves and RentalSystems.
The clients checked in at 10pm and were shown around the apartment by ourselves. There were no complaints and certainly no smells on the building staircase or in the apartment itself at this point. The apartment had been completely cleaned before check in, and I will point out here that it was totally renovated in 2007. When we returned in the morning after hearing that the client was unhappy, neither we nor he could identify any smells.
The temperature in Portugal for March is very mild and so we do not usually supply a heater at this point in the season. However, if the client had inquired, we would have gladly brought in the electric heaters we use in winter. There were extra blankets available in the cabinet that were not used.
Regarding the coffee maker, this is not in the description of items available in the apartment. Kitchen towels were available from the drawer.
Regarding the distance to the beach, we will make alterations to the details on the website as some people might take longer than 8 minutes to walk the 1000 metres.
I get the distinct impression that the clients (an older couple) were looking for excuses to leave the apartment in a hurry, and were not being honest in their reasons why. I suspect - as it was mentioned by the client - it has something to do with the fact that the apartment is on the 8th floor, which they were uncomfortable with. The apartment is designed for four to six people and represents excellent value for money. This is our only poor review and our first problem out of 11 bookings (through other agents) since first letting the aparment out in May 2007.
