(It is therefore ideal for extended families, or families holidaying together). The villa is set in a large gartden wich is walled on all sides to provide complete privacy and contains a 12 x 6 swimming pool and ample off street parking.

The main house is tastefully decorated with modern furniture including a fully equipped kitchen, Flat-screen TV and I-Pod music center. The self-contained apartment is comprised of a bedroom, shower room / WC, Kitchen / breakfast bar and living area with table footbal and TV. The area between the main house and self-contained apartment provides a relaxing alfresco dining area with built-in barbeque.l
 

This beautifull villa is located 5 minutes walk from the beach of Praia das Macas in the area of Colares, Sintra.
Praia Grande, another lovely sandy beach, popular with surfers, is also within walking distance from the villa. There are local restaurants, supermarkets and shops within 5 minutes walk from the villa. Local buses can be caught within a 5 minutes walk. There is also a tram-line providing a scenic means of travel to Sintra, Colares and the surroundings beaches.
The villa is only 15 minutes drive from the beautiful historical centre of Sintra and 40 minutes drive from Lisbon, Cascais, Estoril and Mafra. 

This villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total: 3 in the main house: one double and two twin, and one double in the self-contained apartment. This provides room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The villa has a flat-screen television, with DVD player, children’s DVDs and cable TV. There is an I-Pod docking system so bring along your I-Pod, plug in and enjoy your favourite tunes. Recreational activities with the villa include a basketball hoop and table football. The main house living room provides comfortable seating for 8 and there is a table in the kitchen for casual dining plus a dining room for more formal meals. The self-contained apartment has a breakfast bar with stools plus a spacious living area with capacity for 6 people. The area between the main house and self-contained apartment provides a relaxing alfresco dining area with an outdoor table seating 8 and a built-in barbeque. There is a separate laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board .

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television and home cinema with video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The house is somewhat wheelchair friendly. The main house is a bungalow with 3 easy access points to the house at ground level and a single stepped entry point. The self -contained apartment is also single-level with easy ground level entry via broad patio doors. 

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a east facing patio area, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, cycling.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, wind surfing, fishing, tennis, historic sites, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.
