The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 4 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television and home cinema with video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, glassware.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, a summer house, a patio area (with heater), a balcony, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find wind surfing, fishing, horse riding, a sports center, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a food shop.

Joanne says: "We had a fantastic family holiday in Aroeira, the Villa is amazing, lots of space, very bright & very nice pool that the kids really enjoyed. The area is beautiful & its very quiet. You definitely need a car though as the beach is on 20 mins drive & there is not many shops around though there is a supermarket. Most people dont speak english in the nearby villages so you would need to know some portugeese if going out to restaurants.Overall we really enjoyed our stay there, it was very peaceful & relaxing. "
