The property
Modern semi-detached house (year 2004) located in a quiet street of the village of Alfarim, 1 km from Aldeia do Meco and 2 km from the beach of Meco. The quiet waters of Lagoa de Albufeira are 5 km away, coffee shops, restaurant, minimarket, bakery, etc. can be found within 500 m from the property. Night life in Aldeia do Meco, naturist beaches nearby. Lisbon is some 30 km drive.
The last of four townhouses, the two storey house is furnished with modernity and good taste. In the elevated ground floor one finds 2 balconies, living room with open fireplace and TV, dining area seating 8 persons, fully equipped kitchen and guest WC; in the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 triple) and 1 complete bathroom. Outside, guests enjoy a garden, private swimming pool with terrace, sun loungers, parasols, BBQ with support area and garden furniture.
Changeover day is Saturday.

Aldeia do Meco is located at 30 kms south from Lisbon (30 min. drive).
Located in a natural park, this area is well know for its excellent 25km of beach coastline and well preserved surrounded forest. It has several beaches (15min walking), and is very good for outdoor activities such as bicycle, surf, bodyboard, parapent, fishing or windsurf. Praia do Meco is one of the three official naturist beaches in Portugal and in its slopes there is a natural argile excellent for beauty and body treatments.
At Aldeia do Meco village you can find all sorts of fish restaurants and small bars.
It is not far from Sesimbra - 12km (10 min. drive), beautiful fishermen's village with its fine restaurants, beaches and castle. You are also very close (7km) from Cabo Espichel, where you can enjoy a spectacular view from its slopes and visit the sanctuary.
