The closed condo community has 24 hour security, a common luxury pool with restaurant and two 18 hole Championship golf courses.

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots. The property also has 1 double sofa bed. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a south facing patio area, interesting views, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find historic sites, shopping areas.
