Casa Capuchos is a very quiet place, suitable for outdoor loving people. It is used by the owner, wife and five years old daughter as a secondary house, with a large swimming pool next to a wide porch. The plot is a slope with three levels and was landescaped with stone walls. It has many fully grown trees and is surrounded by plots also forested.  

The villa is very simple, only 63 m2 in total. All windows face the garden that surrounds the house. The furniture is simple. It has only one bathroom.  

The villa is situated on the Natural Park, with large forested areas suitable for jogging and walking. The beaches are only 2 kms away through the woods, with a rough walk back up the cliff. The beaches are ten miles long, with a large strip of sand. They are the best in Portugal after the Algarve.  

The villa is only 65 m2 and is conceived for outdoor use. The porch 48 m2 has a big family table, next to the barbecue. The pool is 72 m2 and 2 m deep making it not advisable to non swimming children. The pool area is next to a circle lawn. The property has 5.000 m2 with a forested area. There is parking places at will. The garden and the pool will be attended by the owner. From September 15 to June 15, the cable tv will only operate on week end days. The nearest public transportation is 1,5 km away. Private transportation is required.

The country house comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The country house has 1 bathrooms for your party's use.

The country house has satellite/cable. The music system will play radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this country house.

The country house is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The country house is right beside walking, cycling.

Close to the country house you will find a beach, swimming, wind surfing, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas.

Within easy reach of the country house you will find golf.

The property is situated 10 minutes away from south acess to Lisbon 25th April Bridge

Almada Forum, one of the biggest shopping center in Portugal is at 10 minutes drive.

Paul says: "We spent a great 11 days in August at Casa Capuchos. The villa was comfortable and met all our needs whilst the gardens, terrace and pool exceeded all our expectations. The kids (6 & 4) had a great time exploring the wonderful and secure gardens and playing in the huge pool. The fruit trees gave a never ending supply of figs, lemons and pears and al fresco dining became the norm with daily barbecues. Car rental is a must and puts a choice of fantastic beaches only minutes away and the supermarket 15 mins away. As well as being an ideal location for the Costa da Caparica beaches, Casa Capuchos is also suited for day trips to Lisbon, Sintra, and Cabo da Roca (most western point of mainland Europe). I would definitely recommend this villa and we are seriously considering a return in 2008."
