The villa itself sleeps up to a maximum of six people; the second floor has a large roof terrace with table and seating for eight. There are also sun beds and umbrellas.

The master bedroom is also on the second floor, there is a king-size double bed that lifts up to provide storage beneath, built in wardrobes (small safe for passports, money etc) and a chest of drawers with large mirror in the dressing area. A fridge to keep your drinks cold while sitting on the roof terrace.

The first floor consists of a double bedroom with single wardrobe, bed side cabinets and a good size balcony. A bedroom with a single bed which has another single bed that pulls out from beneath; this room has a double wardrobe and a balcony which overlooks the communal pool. The pool is shared between 16 villas so rarely gets busy. On this floor is also the shower room, which has a shower and toilet. A cot is also provided.

The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, oven, fridge, toaster, iron and board, and a full range of utensils.
The lounge has a 6 piece selection of sofas and stools which make up either two single or one double sofa bed, satellite TV,DVD player and a small cloakroom.
 

Kusadasi is a lively town with a beautiful harbour /marina area, numerous beaches, Bazaars, shops, cafes and restaurants. There is also Bar Street with bars and clubs to cater for all tastes. There are daily trips from the harbour to the Greek Island of Samos. The beautiful Dilek Peninsula National Park (Millipark) is just a short journey away.

For those with children there are two excellent water parks just a short bus ride away, another smaller water park on Long beach itself (approx 25-30 mins walk) many small parks around the town and along the promenade.

If it is History you are looking for there are many places where you can arange excursions to places such as,Pamukkale, Hierapolis, Ephesus & Virgin Mary's House. You can also book trips to Istanbul.

 

Located at long beach Kusadasi this three bedroom Villa, sit's on a peaceful hillside overlooking Long beach .Just a short bus/taxi journey (5-10 mins) from downtown Kusadasi, buses run every few minutes from the bottom of the hill . Just a 10 min walk to the beach and 5 mins to local shops, pharmacy, doctors.

Airport transfers can be arranged from Izmir, £30 each way, the driver will take you directly to the Villa. He will open up show you in and hand over the keys. Transfers can be arranged from Bodrum POA

The villa is located on a hillside with a fairly steep hill to walk up. It may not be suitable for people with walking difficulties or breathing problems. Car hire can be obtained locally for Approx £18 per Day(recommended).

Ladies Beach is a lively beach with many Seafront Restaurants, bars and shops. Sunbeds and Umbrellas can be hired daily.

Long Beach is what the name suggests, it also has many Restaurants and bars. There are also a few Hotels with facilities on the beach and sunbeds for hire. You can walk hear from the villa or a short dolmus ride will take you to the Long beach Club area.

Elevens beach is at the bottom of the hill to the villa and has a shaded play area for children. It has a wooden jetty with steps at the end which lead into the warm clear Agean Sea. It also has a waterfront restaurant where you can enjoy a lovely meal whilst the sun sets.

 

The air conditioning units can also heat the property for the winter months. A small safe is located in the master bedroom for your valuables. The pool is open seasonally from May-Oct

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, interesting views.

The pool is right next to the villa and local shops, beach and restaurants are just 5 mins walk down the road. There are 2 fantastic water parks about 20mins away on the bus. The owner answered all our question very promptly and arranged everything for us from airport transfers to having a cleaner call halfway through our stay at a very reasonable price.
