The Master double bedroom has a brand new luxury en suite bathroom and doors to its own terrace. A seperate dining or breakfast area for large groups. 

The Villa has luxurious marble tiled floors throughout. All bedrooms are large, bright and airy with ample fitted cupboards. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The spacious living and dining room is welcoming with its beamed ceiling and log fire. The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 3 twin and 1 cots, 4 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed. This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

There is room for 9 in the living room and 9 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The entrance is easy access, as are two of the bedrooms and bathrooms, living and dining, kitchen and terrace. 

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
