The ‘Sunny-Side Apartment ’is set on the top floor dwelling of a private house. It is ideally located in the quiet and peaceful part of Funchal –S.Gonçalo - yet only a short drive from the city centre.
The apartment benefits from a large open plan living and dining area with a veranda that has some breath-taking panaramic sea views of Funchal and the Marina. The kitchen is traditional and is fully equipped. There is a double bedroom with balcony and on-suit shower/bathroom, a twin bedroom, a single bedroom as well as a communal family bathroom.
The nearest beach is Barreirinha and the local ‘Palheiro’ -golf course is just a 15 minute drive away. There are a local amenities near by which include traditional restaurants, post office, pharmacy, cafés & mini supermarket.
There is a reliable bus and taxi service near to the apartment that run regularly during the day to the town centre as well as to other parts of the island.
