The gite has one double bedroom with antique four poster bed and one twin bedroom both with a bath in the room and ensuite WC. The is also a downstairs shower room. A newly fitted kitchen with dining area. A large living room with a huge stone fire place (logs supplied).

You will have use of the gardens including your own barbecue area and use of the swimming pool (heated between May and October)

 

A short drive from the river Loire the Manoir des rosiers is set on the edge of a small village in tranquil countryside. The are many historic sights localy such as troglidite caves, chateauxs and vin yards. Good restaurants can be found within a 15 minute drive.

The gite comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the In the living room. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The gite has 1 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The gite has television dvd. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

This is a non-smoking gite

The gite is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a west facing patio area, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The gite is right beside swimming.

Close to the gite you will find walking, cycling, mountain biking, historic sites, a museum, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the gite you will find sailing, boat hire, fishing, horse riding, a themepark.
