There are 5 bedrooms in total. 2 of them are located on the ground floor and 3 of them are located on the first floor. The 3 bedrooms on the top floor have direct access to the balconies. The bedrooms are consisting of twin-beds next to each other. They look like as double beds. Can be separated too, after request. Children can sleep on sofa-beds in the living room as well. All bed linen are provided. Nice view from the windows to the sea as well to the mountains. All bedrooms are spacious with marble floors and a wooden roof.There are 5 bathrooms in total. They are located next to each bedroom. Bath towels, shampoo, foam bath and soap are provided. The bathrooms floors and walls are covered with marbles. 

There are 2 living-rooms and 2 kitchens with fully kitchennette. In each dining-room can seat 12 people. Outside on the terrace can take breakfast, meal or dinner 12 people. There are 2 balconies with furniture on the top floor and can seat 6-12 people in each about .

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 5 twin and 1 cots. The property also has 2 single sofa beds located in the living-room. This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 5 bathrooms and 6 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 12 in the living room and 12 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer. The owner has also provided cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.
