Cortijo Eras De Realenguillo is a newly constructed property ideally situated above the town and beneath the limestone crags of El Torcal mountain. To the south there are marvellous views of the Costa Del Sol, and to the north the peaks of the mountain.

Situation: The house is just five minutes drive away from the town. It is an idyllic, peaceful location for walks from the house, bird watching and enjoying the tranquil delights of nature close at hand.
The lovely, friendly town of Villanueva De La Concepcion 2 km away, offers a selection of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops. El Torcal National Park with its famous natural limestone sculptures and various walking routes, lies above Villanueva and is 10 minutes away by car. Beyond El Torcal the beautiful historic town of Antequera with its many ancient churches, distinctive architecture and prehistoric caves is a 25 minute car journey from Villanueva. El Chorro Gorge, Cordoba and the White Towns, and further afield, Seville, Granada and Gibraltar are day trips by car. Malaga and Malaga Airport are approximately 40 minutes by car and the drive to Costa Del Sol resorts takes about one hour.




The property: Cortijo Eras De Realenguillo is a new house beautifully made of local stone and wood in a style which reflects the architecture and furnishings of a traditional Andalucian farmhouse: the roof beams, the traditional stone built open fireplace and chimenea, the dark wood of the dining room furniture, window frames, doors, the finish of the kitchen , and the hand-made terracotta floor tiles are all in keeping with this region of Spain. There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, fitted kitchen, lounge and dining area. All windows are double glazed with fine curtains and persianas (external blinds).

Master Bedroom: Furnished with traditional Andalucian furniture: double bed, double wardrobe and dressing table, ensuite bathroom with shower, vanity unit, bidet and toilet.

Bedroom 2: Furnished with traditional Andalucian furniture: two single beds, double wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Bedroom 3: As Bedroom 2.

Bathroom: Large circular fitted bath with shower, vanity unit, toilet and bidet.


Lounge/Dining area: Tastefully furnished with two settees, dining suite for six, glass cabinet, television, dvd, hi-fi, open fireplace.

Kitchen: Fully fitted and equipped with full sized electric halogen hob and electric fan oven, washing machine, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge-freezer, iron and ironing board.

Patio: Situated at the front of the house, offering shade, with hardwood furniture for outside eating.

Roof Terrace: Affords elevated panoramic views of the beautiful surrounding countryside, with outdoor furniture and parasol.


Swimming Pool: 8m x 4m with poolside terrace, sun-loungers, and parasols. The terracing is made from the same local stone as the house.

Barbecue: Traditional brick-built barbecue.

Linen: All linen and towels are provided.

The house has a large garden with mature olive trees, in which to sit and relax, and there is a roof terrace from which to enjoy views of El Torcal, and of the Costa Del Sol in the distance. The house is ideally located for visitors who enjoy walking from the house to look at wild life and the wonders of nature.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.
