Ca'n Joan is a lovely villa measuring 300 m2 and located on a plot of 1000 m2 of land, which makes it ideal for families looking for peace and intimacy.

The house has a wonderful private pool measuring 10x5 m, terraces and a garden with mature trees. There is some pool furniture for your party's use. 

CALAS DE MALLORCA (only 12 km away) is the name of a series of small caves with white sandy beaches spread along a rocky and wild coast, with views of Cala Domingos. The property is located nearby beautiful beaches and romantic ocean bays. Between Cales de Mallorca and Cala Mandia are many small-unspoilt beaches only reachable on foot or by boat.

Within a short drive you will find yourself near many points of interest, like Porto Colom, the well known COVES DEL DRAC (The Dragon Caves) near Porto Cristo, outdoor markets, and the famous pearl factory, Majorica.

In Calas de Majorca centre there is horse riding and bicycle hire. For water lovers you can go water skiing and some 16 km away there is scuba diving. The Sunday morning market at the nearby town of Felanitx is widely recognised as being one of the best in Majorca, and is well worth a visit. 

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 4 twin and 2 cots. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a summer house, a south facing patio area, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find sailing, water skiing, wind surfing, fishing, cycling, horse riding, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find golf, tennis, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, a themepark.

Warren says: "Arrived at this villa and was immediately suprised how big it was. 5 large bedrooms of which one of them we didn't use. 2 Very big bathrooms and an outside bathroom near the pool.Very Handy. The pool was lovely, really big and would have been happy to stay in it all day. Plenty of space to park 3 or more cars and a large patio area which was lovely to sit out there in the evening. It was very close to the town and close to the beach aswell. You can hear some noise from the other hotels and bars but it is not excessive. It does say that there is satellite tv but this is mainly all in german and spanish except two news channels. We didn't watch it but the kids would have liked to watch some english cartoons. There is also no oven in the property but if you are eating out then this is no problem. Overall it had everything we needed except from the above and we would definitely go back again. 10 out of 10."
