This house was built in 1914 and it was one of the first distilleries in Mallorca. In fact the warehouse can still be seen today as it has been exceptionally well maintained over the years and has recently been restored. The building has been refurbished in keeping with a typical Mallorcan style town house and much of the original features have been conserved or reproduced in line with the original building using where possible local materials. Every year the village celebrates several “fiesta’s” or festivals and one of these is the “Fira de la mel”. Literally translated, this means “honey fare” and it is an excellent opportunity to savour some of the more exotic and perfumed honeys which are produced across the Balearic islands. This Fare takes place in November though if you happen to be in Llubí at the end of July you will be enjoying the “Sant Feliu” Fiestas, it runs during that week and it has plenty of varied activities to offer.

The house has an elevator and everything is equiped for whealchair access

The villa comprises 23 bedrooms in total; 8 double, 15 single and 2 cots. The property also has 3 single sofa beds. This gives room for up to 18 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 7 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 15 in the living room and 15 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private west facing swimming pool, a west facing garden, a west facing patio area (with heater), a west facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, cycling, mountain biking, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a theatre/cinema, a themepark.
