This house was built in 1914 and it was one of the first distilleries in Mallorca. In fact the warehouse can still be seen today as it has been exceptionally well maintained over the years and has recently been restored. The building has been refurbished in keeping with a typical Mallorcan style town house and much of the original features have been conserved or reproduced in line with the original building using where possible local materials. Every year the village celebrates several “fiesta’s” or festivals and one of these is the “Fira de la mel”. Literally translated, this means “honey fare” and it is an excellent opportunity to savour some of the more exotic and perfumed honeys which are produced across the Balearic islands. This Fare takes place in November though if you happen to be in Llubí at the end of July you will be enjoying the “Sant Feliu” Fiestas, it runs during that week and it has plenty of varied activities to offer.

2 double (2 persons) bedrooms. Each one has a wardrobe and two small tables on both sides of the beds. The beds can be separated and the sizes are 90 x 200 mts. A bed robe is supplied.
One Bathroom has toilet, tub, shower, matching towels, bidet and one basin. Another Bathroom has toilet, shower, matching towels and one basin.
The kitchen has a large fridge, range/oven, range top, hot plate, convection oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, matching dishes, matching glasses, matching cutlery, blender, dishwasher, dishes, glasses & cutlery and pots and pans.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 double. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this apartment.

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared west facing swimming pool, a west facing garden, a west facing patio area, a west facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is a garage.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum.
