Cala Mandia sits nestled close to small cliff tops, it is 2 mins in car from Porto Cristo, famous for its underground caves and lakes. You are never far from all that you might need for a great holiday on the east coast. Located an hour from the airport, Cala Mandia is one of a string of good quality family friendly beaches, close to local towns and villages.
Note: during the off peak period of the year building work is sometimes done close to the property, between October and April. Most clients have still chosen to give us good reviews, as this has not disturbed them too much. 

From October 2007 the house will be available for long term rental at a special discounted rate. Clients are encouraged to come for longer periods as we can offer them a better rental price. Please contact us for more details. 

If you are a senior citizen wishing to have break for a few weeks or months, we can offer special home help by an experienced, english speaking cook and nurse. Senior citizens will be contacted by her before leaving England. Under European law British citizens carrying an E1 11 form from the Post Office are covered for free health insurance. A minimum of 3 weeks stay for OAPs during the off peak months is required. Clients should contact us directly before booking, for more details, and also OAP discounts. 

An optional babies cot (up to 3 years) can be made available for an extra 35 euros. The satellite is english and picks up free to view channels, including bbc channels( until the evening), sky news, cnn, pop, and a few music channels. Clients with children may like to bring their own childrens programmes/ films on dvd.

The house comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 1 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the house cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The house has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

This is a non-smoking house

The house is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private swimming pool, a patio area, a balcony, panoramic views, interesting views.

The house is right beside a beach, swimming, fishing, walking, cycling, horse riding, tennis, a sports center, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the house you will find a zoo, a theatre/cinema.

Within easy reach of the house you will find a themepark.
