This beautiful luxurious house is on 3 floors, with great views over Port Adriano & the close Islands and the pool from every terrace. The top floor solarium provides ample room for al fresco dining and sunbathing. The location is perfect making it an easy walk to the beach, village and 2 marinas. The private parking below is perfect for any bikes, boats or water sports or golf equipment you may have. All brand new and ready to make you feel comfortable. Having a small private garden gives extra space and movement , in the already well appointed area.

The house comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 2 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 2 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the house cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The house has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this house.

It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, a barbeque.
