This is a wonderful rustic house with a private pool (9x4,5 m) surrounded by spacious terraces, which offer a nice setting for your outside meals.

The pool is fenced and there is some pool furniture for your party's use 

CAMPOS is located between Llucmajor and Santanyi, the inland town of Campos is a thrive of activity during market days, which are on Thursdays and Saturday. Another feature is the local church, guided tours are available with the priest starting at 11.00am, so don't be late or you'll miss out.

The nature sandy beach "ES TRENC" is worth visiting. The beach can be found on the southern part of the island (5 km away from the house) and it is surrounded by fine sand and crystal clear waters. It also keeps the natural landscape which surrounds it, such as the salt marshes and the vegetation of the area and the marine birds, the autochthonous flora which all provide a back drop for one of the finest beaches on the island. The image of the convenience of Majorca is situated on the edge of the sea, in the profile of its beaches and its coves, a real myth, with 3.5 Km of beaches without a single wall or building. This is where Majorca finishes best. With scrubland, wet areas and where the sea begins, Es Trenc is a clean fine sandy beach, which looks onto the Cabrera archipelago. 

Es Trenc beach, 3000 metres long, symbolises the ecologst fight which mobilised thousands of people who did not want it to be urbanised and to preserve this unique site in its natural state.In 1984 the Parliament of the Balearic Islands declared this site as a Special Interest Natural Area.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 1 cots. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private west facing swimming pool, a west facing garden, a summer house, a west facing patio area (with heater), a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, cycling, golf, a sports center, scuba diving, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find mountain biking, horse riding, tennis.

Trevor says: "This was our second visit to this property (which is testament in itself). We stayed longer this time because of it's standard of facilities and the peaceful location. Although off the beaten track a little this is one of the charms of the villa (it is surrounded by a couple of farms). Cala D'Or and the magnificent beach of Es Trenc are only a short drive away. "
