GROUND FLOOR: there is a living room with T. V. Sat, American style kitchen with dishwasher,washing machine, microwave, toaster, electric oven, a laundry room, a shower-room, a complete bathroom and a twin bedroom.
FIRST FLOOR: there are 3 twin bedrooms, one of which has en-suite facilities, a double room with en-suite bathroom and another complete bathroom. 

This rustic house has two floors and is situated in the countryside near Felanitx. Completely reformed, with a swimming pool of 10 m x 5 m surrounded by grass and uncovered terraces. 

Situated approximately 15 minutes by car from the resort area of Cala d'Or, FELANITX is well known as Majorca's second largest wine-growing region. It is also known as the center of the blue tile manufacturing industry.

Another famous trait is the Sunday morning market, which is packed with locals haggling for weekly bargains (here you can find some interesting pottery and authentic local craft).

In Felanitx you will find a handful of traditional restaurants in which to enjoy true Mallorcan cuisine.

PORTO COLOM is built around the northern and western sides of a large natural harbour bounded to the east by a scrub-covered peninsula. It was the port of the nearby town of Felanitx and is now a thriving holiday resort with a modern marina yatch club at the south end of the bay.
 

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 4 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 5 bathrooms and 5 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television satellite/cable.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a summer house, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, wind surfing, fishing, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.
