Extensive views of Malta are available from the roof, and the central location is ideal.

If there is no pricing/availability indicated on the calendar for the period requested, this means that we are as yet unable to accept bookings for these dates. It does mean however that the dates are generally available.

We are continually updating the calendar on a month by month basis, and encourage you to re-visit at at a later date.
 

Electricity - 1st November 2008 - 3rd April 2009, electricity is payable separately on-site as per consumption (by the meter).

Average consumption during this period is normally less than £6.00/Euro7.00 per day. Only personal consumption is metered, pool pumps, etc, are NOT metered and not charged for.

The rates have been discounted appropriately by this amount. This measure has been taken simply so that we can offer you the best possible price without needing to take into account unreasonable consumption by a small number of guests.

Damages deposit - We may at our option request a £150.00 deposit against damages, payable by bank transfer or in person upon arrival, and returned (in full unless of course in case of damages) in the same manner. This because Villarenters will alternatively automatically charge you a further £19.00 (non refundable) fee at time of booking, in lieu.
 

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 5 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include table tennis.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a west facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque.

The villa is right beside swimming.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, boat hire, walking, cycling, mountain biking, a sports center, historic sites, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find sailing, water skiing, wind surfing, fishing, climbing, horse riding, golf, tennis, scuba diving, a museum, a themepark.

All areas in Malta can be reached within 40 minutes drive - the location is very central.

Antony says: "As a couple, we were looking for a villa in a quiet, secluded location with ample grounds around a private pool. This villa exceeded our expectations with one exception. We new that there was some development work nearby, I have included some photos at this URL to show exactly what we saw. http://uk.pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/antony_grebby/my_photos The album shows the development but also captures some of this villas beauty too. The development is very close to the vill pool area and we were woken on a couple of morning s by the building noise (7:30'ish). However, the building noise was generally nothing more disruptive than background noise. There were no builders leering at us from the rooftops! Despite the development, this is an excellent villa with a very helpful and pleasant owner. As with other tennants, the owner met us at the airport and introduced us to the area and the villa. The villa has an excellent sized pool, with more than ample space for sunbathing that remained in the sun all day. There is a second area near the BBQ where you can enjoy an evening meal and also play table tennis! The villa is very well equipped and has a dining area that could seat at least six comfortably. Some minor niggles were; pillows were a little on the thin side and the duvets were feather; we were only given two towels for the week; a window in the downstairs double room had no curtain; the pool could have been cleaner but it was early season (May). There is parking at the villa (on the road). We would definately recommend/return even with the development nearby due to the high standard of the property and the otherwise secluded grounds."
