We bought our property in Side due to the location of Side, it is furthermost south which means it gets warmer weather which lasts longer into the year. It is also an all year
climate for holidays.

Turkeys premier golf resort is approximately 35 minutes drive away, it is home to 7 championship golf courses, it is a golfers paradise. there are also numerous horse riding stables, white water rafting in Koprula Kanyon 40km away, fishing, sailing, go-carts, quad bikes, tennis and safaris, there is also an Aqua Park some 45 mins drive away.

You can Ski, which is 50km away. and is located at Saklikent in the Beydag mountain range at 1850m. Accommodation and restaurants are available, the centre has 2 ski lifts, the season runs between January, and April, the warm climate of Turkey means you can ski in the morning, and swim in the afternoon.



 

The location of the property, it is in a quiet area of Side, and yet only 5/10 minutes walk from all facilities, the beach, the highway where you will be able to catch the local Dolmus which takes you into the old city of Side, a ten minute bus ride, or the ancient city of Manavgat which is a 20 minute bus ride, in Manavgat you will find great shops and excellent bazzars, so if it is a bargain you are after make sure you visit Manavgat, there are also great boat rides from the Manavgat River, one which takes you to the beautiful Manavgat waterfall.  

Surrounding the old city of Side, there are two major beaches one to the east and one to the west, with some of the cleanest beaches on the mediterranean. Both beaches offer sporting facilities. There are also numberous boat tours from Side, and also Manavgat.

The apartment comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 2 double sofa beds located in the sitting-room. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
