The complex with has a large swimming pool and beautiful gardens. It is situated at only 800m from the lively marina of Puerto Duquesa with its shops, small cafes, restaurants and bars, and accompanying golf club and hotel. The town of Estepona is only 10 minutes by car and Gibraltar 25 minutes. Everything is here, but should you be looking for the attractions of Marbella and Puerto Banus, they are at a mere 15-minute drive away. If you enjoy swimming in the sea, you have unspoiled and beautiful beaches at only five minute drive.

Our complex has 78 apartments built with materials of the highest standards. Most of the apartments are of 2 bedrooms and are set on one floor or duplex. There is basically 3 types of 2-bedroom apartments:

- Type A: one floor apartment, usually located in ground or 2nd floor.
- Type B: duplex with terraces (not available)
- Type C: penthouse in one single floor, terraces + private solarium with hammocks and shower.

All apartments have marble floors throughout, fully equipped kitchen, satellite television, air-conditioning, intruder alarm, wall safe, etc.

The prices stated in this site refers to our standard (type-A) apartment.  

If you plan to share your stay between with another couple, we highly reccomend our penthouse: More space in the bedrooms, bigger terraces, more privacy and better views.

In our private solarium (roof terrace) you will find 4 hammocks, shower & barbecue, views to the golf and the Mediterranean Sea and of course, plenty of sun for sunbath with privacy.

Front line of Golf, away from the cownd, but close (900m) to shops, cafes and restaurants of Marina Duquesa.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television. The music system will play cassettes, cds.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views.

The apartment is right beside swimming, golf.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, climbing, walking, cycling, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, a zoo, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find flying, horse riding, historic sites, a theatre/cinema.

John says: "On arrival the landlord was very helpful, meeting us in the local port (as we go lost!). the apartment is huge, clean and very well maintained EXCEPT for the air conditioning unit, this is the only let do to the complex, area and apartment! I caused us endless headaches with the neighbors, as it was to noisy and they were unable to sleep, we were unable to sleep because it was to hot but in the end we backed down and agreed to turn it off at 12 every night regardless of the heat, this caused us to be very uncomfortable in the apartment. Apart form the air con the place was great and its definitely for golf lovers as nine holes in the local course cost us €20 each with a buggy! If Olava replaced the air conditioning unit I would be happy to go every year to this apartment. "
