Sea front beach apartment, with panoramic seaviews from every room in the apartment. The apartment is surrounded by a very large L shaped private balcony overlooking the med. There are three spacious bedrooms all over looking the med, and two bathrooms. Positoned in a peaceful area, short walk from Tomas Mesatre, which is full of restaurants. There is also a large supermarket at hand which is open everyday with exception to Bank Holidays.

A car is essential if you would like to explore further afield, if you just want a quiet beach holiday it is not necessary.

Facilities near by, is a sailing school golf course, supermarkets, restaurants, car hire, quad bike hire, cycle hire, fishing, and lots of beaches.

All three bedrooms have air- conditioning./heating. 

There is a stretch of beach that goes for miles and miles outside the apartment. There are also a number of wooden log cabin style beach bars on the beach, very reasonably priced serving food and plenty of Vino! This is an area favoured by the Spanish because of its sunsets, peace and layed back attitude. The beaches are quiet because there are so many.

Restaurants, you can find almost every nationality there is in the Port. Some require getting dressed up, but most are casual, nothing like most resorts banging discos, and bars do not exist, everthing runs at a slow pace. ITS SAFE PEACEFUL, AND VERY REASONABLY PRICED, THIS IS WHY MOST OF MY BUSINESS COMES FROM REFERRALS.

Shops, there are a few in the Port, but most you will find along the strip, and also in the local city of Cartagena which is well worth a visit, it has something for everyone, museums, a fantastic port, a large selection of shops, beaches and restaurants. 40 minutes from the apartment.

The area, is mentioned by the World Health organisation, as one of the healthiest places to live in the World. The Mar Menor a ten minute walk from the apartment contains a multitude of minerals, which cures many ailments, 9 hole golf course 5minute drive from apartment, bring your handicap card! The famous La Manga Club is only a short drive away, and amougst three 18 hole golf courses, 50 tennis courts, and a fantastic Health Spa which is open all year round for non members, for a small fee. La Manga itself is also famous for Kyte Surfing and Diving at Cabo de Palos.

The apartment comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 1 cots. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is right beside a beach, swimming, fishing, walking, cycling, a food shop.

Ged says: "The accomodation was good value for money and the owner's advice for renters to make arrangements for car hire was well founded - the property is located 18km down the 22km La Manga strip. The description and photographs of the property are not accurate in particular with regard to air-conditioning - there is none. However the owner did provide fans to cool the rooms."
