The property is a 3 bedroom detached villa, with a private swimming pool. It is situated in a quiet location over looking a water fountain in the 5 star luxury mar menor golf resort. the property is within a closed area and has 24 hour security. 

Once inside you will find a 5-star hotel complex with spas, fitness centre, supermarket, shops, and a wide range of bars and restaurants. There is also a social centre with a large swimming pool and kids pool. Here they provide entertainment most nights. There is also a full size tennis court on the roof.  

There is currently a Dave Thomas designed 9-hole golf course open, which is being upgraded to 18-holes They also have a driving range and putting green on site. There is also a pro golf shop. Prepare yourself for a crowd-free game of golf only a short walk from your villa. 

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 7 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, panoramic views, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, golf, tennis, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, cycling, horse riding, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a zoo, a themepark.

Linda says: "As a family of seven, Son, Daughter in law and three grandchildren, we were very pleasantly surprised to see the quality of the furnishings and equipment, from plenty of hangers, loo rolls etc to the number of sun loungers (yes for mid Feburary). The breakfast package we ordered was excellent to include wine and beers as well as the expected breakfast food and drink. The website booking could not be improved, it was SO easy and the photos depicted the accomodation exactly! As new owners ourselves, can you tell us where you bought the furniture?
