It is in such a good location and easy to get to the airport, the shops and especially to the beach. The development has been completed and the houses are nice and spacious and the area has a real residential feel to it. There is a really nice community pool.
The house is very well presented and we took a lot of care in choosing our furniture and fittings for the house.  

Playa Paraiso ... which means Paradise beach is close to everything. The beach itself is great and is on the Mar Menor so the warm shallow waters are very safe for young children. There is a supermarket, pharmacy and couple of bars at Playa Honda which is a 5 min walk down the beach. If you walk down the beach in the other direction you will come to La Manga Strip with lots of places to eat and drink and even more beaches. Cabo de Palos is a really beautiful spanish fishing village with its own lighthouse. The harbour there is an excellent place for dinner ... sitting out under the stars, eating paella and watching the boats go out for night fishing.
You can take a boat trip or go diving from Cabo de Palos. It also has an excellent sunday market ... one of the largest in the area. The perfect place to treat yourself to a new handbag or shoes at a fraction of the prices in the shops. 

The house comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 1 cots. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the house cool.

The house has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The house is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a west facing patio area, a west facing balcony, sea views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The house is right beside a beach, swimming, walking.

Close to the house you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, tennis, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the house you will find historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas.
