The Villa is well situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in an urbanisation within a few minutes walking distance of restaurants, bars, cafes, shops and supermarkets to suit a variety of tastes.
Los Narajos and adjoining Los Alcazares are family seaside resorts and are also excellent bases for sightseeing, cycling, golf or just relaxing on the beaches of the beautiful Mar Menor nearby. The airport is 10 minutes by car from the villa. Car hire is available from the airport and locally. There is a weekly market and papers and Internet are available nearby. Coaches go to Murcia and Cartagena. There is an Urban bus-route just 2 minutes away to Los Acazares. Almost everywhere is flat, landscaped and attractive and has cycle lanes.
 

Detached and single-story, Casa de las Uvas accommodates up to 5 people in two bedrooms; a double and a twin, with a bed settee in the lounge. In addition the villa has a lounge/diner, kitchen, bath/shower room, covered porch and utility area, patio, and garden
The Villa is comfortably air-conditioned and furnished to provide a home from home.
It is well equipped with a dual fuel cooker, a large fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee-maker, kettle, washing machine, tv, radio and dvd player and the usual crockery, cutlery and linen, including bedding and towels.

There are ample maps, guides, phrase books novels and dvd’s to assist and entertain.
The large sun terrace-roof is a popular feature of the villa for al-fresco dining and also has parasols, sun loungers and cushions.
A paved garden area provides shade under an established lemon tree and grape vines surrounded by flower beds, ideal for relaxing, also an outside shower for cooling off!
 

A salt-water, almost landlocked, lagoon (the largest in Europe) the Mar Menor has calm, clear and shallow water warmer than the Med that feeds it. It is safe for children to play in and pleasant for swimming. Said to have medicinal properties due to its high mineral content, the waters and mud are used in spa treatments and first brought fame to the area.
In season a variety of water-sports, coaching and entertainments are available. Lifeguards are in attendance.
The area has a wonderful micro climate with sun on an average of 320 days a year.
The clean, sandy beach is bordered by a wide palm-tree lined promenade and tapas bars.

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a west facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, swimming, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find scuba diving, historic sites, a museum.

Coaching & hire for most watersports available locally at Club Nautico.
