The ground floor apartment sleeps a maximum of 6 people, it is beautifully furnished with marble flooring throughout.
 

There is a breakfast kitchen fully equipped with microwave, conventional oven, fridge freezer and dishwasher, the kitchen leads on to the utility room with washing machine & tumble dryer.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with ensuite bath/ shower room and access onto its own private terrace which has cushioned sun loungers and beautiful panoramic views of the golf course.
The apartment has air conditioning/ heating and has satellite tv & dvd player. All the bedrooms have blackout shutters for your comfort.
There is a large, spacious 52sq metre terrace which can be accessed from the master bedroom, lounge & 2nd bedroom. The terrace is fully furnished & is perfect for sunbathing and al fresco dining, it has superb views of the communal swimming pool and golf course. There are outdoor lights on the terrace.

If you are driving there is an underground garage with automatic remote control entry and lift access to the apartment (lift takes max 5 persons at any one time)

Los Arqueros is in an excellent location not just for golfers but also for families, being only 5 minutes’ drive from motorway access to children’s adventure parks, and 10 minutes’ to the beach, Puerto Banus & Marbella town, it is a 40 minute drive from Malaga airport. For those who like shopping Marbella is a must! By day Puerto Banus is a relaxed environment and by night it is transformed into a lively place with many restaurants and bars which stay open until the early hours of the morning!
The cinema complex in Purto Banus has all the latest films in English as well as Spanish
There are fantastic amenities in close proximity, just around the corner from Los Arqueros ( about a 3 minute drive) is a commercial centre with a supermarket, banks and a café/bar. A car is essential to make the most of your stay in Los Arqueros.
