In the lounge there is a flat screen TV with Sky satellite, DVD player & selection of DVDs, CD player with CDs and games cupboard for young & old. There is also a TV & Playstation with PS games in the twin bedroom.
Other features include; security safe and hairdryer. (Travel cot & highchair on request, a wheelchair can also be arranged in advance at a small extra cost) 

Situated in an unspoilt area between Estepona and Sotogrande only a few minutes from the small Spanish coastal town of San Luis de Sabinillas. The apartment is away from the hustle and bustle but only minutes from the beach and the cosmopolitan marina of Puerto de la Duquesa which has a tourist information office. As you walk past the marina of La Duquesa you find the sleepy village of Castillo de la Duquesa where there are a number of quaint bars and restaurants. It has an air of the little forgotten village and some of the seafood restaurants are very popular here. 

Although a car is not essential as there is a local bus service and a taxi rank closeby, to make the most of your holiday a car is recommended.
BEACHES & MOUNTAINS;
Whether it's miles of pristine beaches (many earning the European Blue Flag for cleanliness) or rugged mountains with their wildlife, this area offers every type of terrain. The picturesque, white mountain village of Casares is approximately 10 mins away and it is a birdwatchers paradise. Every type of nature recreation is at hand including even winter and spring skiing only two hours away in Granada. Seville is also 2 hrs away.
SHOPPING;
Real cosmopolitan life can be found only twenty minutes away in the "jet-set" city of Marbella. Shopping experiences of every kind are available ranging from chic designer boutiques to the shopping mall just outside Marbella with shops such as Zara & Mango, to the infinite variety of small shops and boutiques lining the cobble-stoned streets of Old Marbella. Just before Marbella, approaching from La Duquesa, is the international resort of Puerto Banus with its millionaire playground of floating palaces and luxury cars.
GOLF;
There are over 60 golf courses in Andalucia, of which 30 are on the Costa del Sol, some of which are International Championship level such as Valderrama which is only 15minutes away from the apartment.
The majority of courses are within a 30 minute drive from the apartment and there are 3 new high standard courses under development close by.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Large sofa bed in lounge. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Claire & Kev says: "The apartment was extremely well equipped and secure. The site is still undergoing development but as is most of the area along this part of the coast. This will be in a class of its own on completion. The access to the site is made simple by the fact that there is a roundabout on the N340 allowing direct access from both directions. The esso garage proved invaluable for anything we had forgotten to buy at the local supermarket. A hire car is preferrable but not essential. The keyholders onsite are very friendly and are available to answer any queries"
