Our luxurious two bedroom penthouse apartment is set in a wonderful location in the El Presidente Urbanisation. It overlooks one of five swimming pools available to residents. It really is a home from home with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. We have decorated it tastefully with soft furnishings such as floor-to-ceiling curtains to give that truly luxurious feel.

The spacious lounge/dining room has a large 29" TV and DVD player. We have a CD player/radio/cassette so remember to bring along your favourite albums. We also chose to include some lovely Spanish handmade furniture for that rustic feel. All in all, this room is a place where you can relax and dine in style.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need. It overlooks a small forested area of beautiful pine trees.

The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom opens out to the terrace & has been decorated in a serene blue. It has its own TV and ample wardrobe space.

The second bedroom has two single beds and has been decorated with a burgundy theme. This room overlooks the pine trees from a Juliet balcony and is adjacent to the main bathroom.

The apartment has a private terrace with a lovely garden suite for dining & relaxing in the year-round sunshine. Two sunbeds are also provided to take advantage of the all day sun, perfect for sun lovers.

The Urbanisation is set amongst beautiful sub-tropical gardens with water fountains. It really is very tranquil here and is a perfect location for a quiet and relaxing holiday. There are five swimming pools to choose from, one being heated during the winter months. The main swimming pool has a shallow area for young children. Sunbeds are around all the pools. The Urbanisation also has recently refurbished tennis & padel courts.  

There is much to do and many places to visit. Puerto Banus is a famous harbour where many come from far and wide to visit. The yachts moored here are of the rich and famous. The nightlife is buzzing and is a great place to visit for a special night out. Restaurants cater for all tastes so you’ll not be disappointed.

The beach is just a short 3 minute walk away and has a couple of beach bars/restaurants. Water sports are available here too.

Estepona town and harbour is one of my personal favourites as it is very Spanish. In the evenings many Spanish families are out and about. All in all it has a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

The famous Los Flamingos golf course is only five minutes drive away, but there are dozens more courses not much further afield. Supermarkets, restaurants and bars are all within walking distance but a car is recommended.

Selwo wildlife theme park is a wonderful place for a day out & a favourite with families. It is only five minutes drive away.

If you fancy a drive in the countryside to see mountains, & white villages then take a trip to Ronda or Casares. There are many walking trails & national parks within reach which are ideal for hiking or birdwatching.

Marbella town is excellent for shops and restaurants.
 

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Maria says: "The apartement had everything you needed. It was well furnished and clean. The terrass was big and you could sit in the sun the whole day if you wanted to. Fresh bedlinen, towels and showercurtains. As Swedes we missed the coffeemaker (there was one, but we could not use it because there was no "can" to pour from). "
