Manzana Suite has a new King Size bed with top of the range mattress, fully fitted wardrobes, mirror, bedside cabinets, plenty of drawer space and a full en-suite bathroom.

The Andaluz bedroom has twin beds with top of the range mattresses, fully fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinet, once again plenty of drawer space with a second adjacent full bathroom.

A separate fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher, fridge freezer, cooker and ceramic hob, washing machine, micowave and all you would expect in a quality penthouse.

The living areas have high quality furniture and fittings and marble flooring. This includes a 6 seater dining suite, buffet unit housing games and books.

The lounge area has two new comfortable sofas, one of which can be converted to a double bed allowing six people to share this penthouse. It is equipped with TV, satellite, DVD and CD player/radio.

The lounge opens onto a quiet and peaceful south-east facing furnished terrace, giving wonderful views of the tropical gardens whilst you enjoy your lazy breakfast.

This gives access to the large solarium roof terrace which has all day sunshine and spectacular views of the Mediterranean and gardens. It is equipped with pergola, sun awning, table, chairs, sun-loungers and gas barbeque for the sunshine life and evening meals watching the shimmering lights of Gibraltar.
 

Nearby Cabopino Golf is one of the many excellent courses in the area and a short walk away is the fashionable Puerto Cabopino with beaches, affordable restaurants, beach bars and of course the motor boats and yachts.

Although within easy walking distance to quality restaurants and a small supermarket, for your further enjoyment and to experience all that the Costa Del Sol has to offer, a car is recommended.

Golf at Sotogrande and Santa Maria and the towns of Marbella, Puerto Banus, and Sea World, Tivoli World, water parks, Granada, Andalucian Horse riding are all within easy access.

Our on-site family run management team are 200 metres from the property and will meet you, and help with anything to make your stay enjoyable from cots, highchairs, babysitting, airport transfers, personal shopping service etc.

All bed linen, bath and hand towels with weekly change are included with our meet and greet service. Please bring your own beach towels.

Spectacular views of Gibraltar and North Africa. Why not join the rich and famous nearby at Puerto Banus and Marbella ? All the family can also enjoy the large and varied activities and attractions on the Costa Del Sol. For those who prefer a bit of culture, Malaga has an abundance in its Cathedral, Alacazaba Fortress dated 1065, and various museums. Granada is a little more further afield with the Alhambra Palace built by the Moors. Sierra Nevada Mountans are ideally situated for skiing, walking and climbing. Also of course you can experience the beautiful Andalucian Horses in a display with music and dressage.

The penthouse comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The penthouse has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the penthouse cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The penthouse has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
