The house comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the house cool.

The house has television satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 5 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The house is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private west facing swimming pool, a west facing garden, a west facing patio area, sea views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is a garage.

Close to the house you will find swimming, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, tennis, a theatre/cinema.

charles richard says: "Whilst the villa itself is reasonably basic, the garden and the pool area are great and the views are fantastic. Its fair to say that the villa needs some TLC and some basic mantainence -for example despite replacing light bulbs none of the terrace lighting or pool lights worked - however, it certainly didnt ruin our enjoyment of our holiday, but should be maintained. What you do get is a very peaceful and extremely private and secure (gated) villa with a great size well maintained pool and lovely terrace with a fabulous view (thats where we spent most of our time). You also get two clean bathrooms with good showers (despite central lighting not working in one) and two basic but clean bedrooms. Its worth noting however, that the bedrooms do not have air conditioning and the master bedroom did not have a fan (we bought one and left it there but I would have expected one in the absence of air conditioning). The decor is quite quirky and much of the furniture is very dated but again, we were never inside for any period of time long enough for it to be a problem. The kitchenette is reasonably well equipped but no kettle for boiling water?? Its also worth noting that there is TV but only a few non pay German channels so if you have a portable DVD player and have kids, take it with you and some DVDs. The BBQ is on its last legs and just like the need for a kettle, needs replacing as it is literally on its last legs! In summary, the pool, terrace/garden, security and tranquility of the villa made it good value but if I were to return Id expect some of the minor maintenance points to have been rectified as a matter of course. H.Kuhn and his team were efficient and helpful and I would recommend Villa Renters as a company. "
