The house has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the house cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The house has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The house is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a west facing garden, a patio area, a balcony, interesting views, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The house is right beside swimming, tennis, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the house you will find golf, a theatre/cinema.

Within easy reach of the house you will find a zoo, a themepark.

Jane says: "I did not think the property was quite what it described on the website. The walk into town was definately longer. I was under the impression that the pool led on from the gardens but it did not. Saying that it was lovely and tranquil. There was no barbeque, the safe did not work and there was no where on site to buy food which we were expecting. The accommodation was good but basic. However, it was ample for what we needed and it was lovely to have a private garden and we had a very enjoyable time."
