Spend your mornings breakfasting, from your large L-shaped terrace, watching the sun come up over Marbella towards your holiday destination of Puerto Banus. All you need to decide is whether you take a 2 minute stroll to the superb beach with its unlimited water-sports and beach bars or chill out beside the lovely pool. Maybe you want to work up a sweat down in the on-site gym or even the paddle tennis court, there is so much to enjoy at Marina Banus. The apartment is to a high specification as the apartment is privately-owned and permanently lived in for the remainder of the year. The furnishings within the lounge/diner are sumptuous and comfortable, with satellite TV, video and hi-fi provided. The lounge has two sets of patio doors that lead onto the awesome terrace with those superb views. The bedrooms consist of one king-size double with en-suite bathroom and further patio doors opening onto the terrace plus a lovely comfortable twin bedroom with shared bathroom. The kitchen and utility area again, are high specification with everything provided for your stay. Air-conditioning is provided for your comfort and is a necessity in the summer months as temperatures soar in this holiday destination. There is a secure parking space available within the underground car-park (a must in the port) and 24-hour concierge/security service. Our family-run management team are on hand locally and will ensure that the apartment is prepared for your arrival and are able to assist in any way they can. 

 

 

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 2 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm. The apartment has a sauna.
