We'd like to welcome you to our apartment in Costalita on the Costa del Sol. Costalita (coast of light) is a luxury complex located on the "New Golden Mile" between San Pedro and Estepona, just 7 kilometres from Puerto Banus and 10 kms from Marbella. The complex is by the beach and within easy access of all facilities including bars, restaurants, banks and supermarkets. It's perfect for holidays with family or friends or golfing breaks. 

Our apartment is located in the sixth phase of the complex. You are welcome to use any of the facilities in other phases too. This gives you access to 4 other pools and extensive gardens on the complex. The apartment is on the first floor accessible by either lift or stairs. It’s spacious with 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge with satellite TV and dining area, kitchen and utility room, you can sleep up to four people in comfort. The private south facing balcony overlooks the swimming pool and tropical gardens, and as we expect you to be outside most of the time there is a table with six chairs. Two of the chairs convert to sun loungers, perfect for that afternoon nap.

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything you’ll need for a relaxing holiday including air conditioning, linen, towels, Sat TV, DVD player, CD player, dishwasher, washing machine. If you hire a car there is a private underground parking space with lift directly to the front door.
 

Down by the pool there are sun beds, showers, toilets and changing rooms. A four minute walk through the delightful gardens alongside a meandering stream interspersed with fountains brings you to a lovely 5 mile uncrowded sandy beach. Here a stroll along either the beach or the paved promenade will bring you to several trendy beach bars offering food and drinks all day, sun loungers and occasional entertainment. Alternatively for a special lunch or night out why not try the 5 star Hotel Playabella which is just next door.

There is a large supermarket, a bank and several restaurants 10 minutes walk away and even closer is a garage, just 5 minutes walk away that sells fresh bread, croissants, English papers and lots of every day items.

Both a travel cot and high chair are available free of charge. There is a luxury self inflating bed suitable for one adult which constitutes the 5th bed. Our friendly on site managing agent will greet you on arrival and will be pleased to help you throughout your holiday.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing balcony, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The apartment is right beside a beach, swimming, wind surfing, fishing, walking, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the apartment you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, cycling, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, historic sites, a museum, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find climbing, flying, mountain biking, skiing/snowboarding, scuba diving.

Selwo Adventure Park is a unique Safari Park where animals roam free. A great day out for all ages.

The glamorous marina of Puerto Banus a great place to relax on the waterfront .
