It is decorated to a very high standard and is lavishly equipped with all which is necessary to cater for 10 people. The house faces south with spectacular sea views. The Marbella Hill Club is a unique and enchanting residential area located in the hills of the Sierra Blanca. It is only 5 minutes drive to the best beaches and the same distance to Marbella City Centre and Puerto Banús with all its designer shops, bars and restaurants.
 

The living room has direct access to a good size terrace with table and chairs for alfresco dining. There is also a barbecue. There is a swimming pool within the complex which has only 12 townhouse and villas. Tennis facilities are available within walking distance. The Marbella Hill Club has overnight security guards. It is a safe and quiet area. Beautiful walks are available within 0.5 mile of the house.

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 2 twin, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 5 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm. The villa has a sauna.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a home gym.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
