A haven for shopaholics, sun seekers and party lovers, Puerto Banus is a favourite hot spot on the Costa del Sol. The resort has a lot on offer. There is a very glamorous feel down at Puerto Banus Marina. Here you will find giant luxury yachts, dozens of designer boutiques not to mention countless Ferraris and Porsches parked outside the glitzy bars and restaurants. It may sound all a bit too posh, but the town is popular with all kinds of tourists. It is a fun place to be even if you are not the owner of a private boat!

Ideally located as a holiday base in the Costa Del Sol. Close to the bustling nightlife of Puerto Banus, yet in a quiet residential area. Everything is within walking distance of the apartment but if you would like to hire a car we can arrange discounted rates for our clients. There are some great day trips to places such as Seville, Cordoba and Granada or even the Sierra Nevada mountains (all a 2 hour drive) where you can ski in the winter months. "The perfect holiday - swim in the warm waters of the Mediterranean and take to the ski slopes in a matter of 2 hours." Shorter day trips would take you to Gibralter (tax free shopping at 40 mins.), a ferry to Tangiers in North Africa where you can buy leather for a song or visit some of the stunning whitewashed mountain villages of Ronda, Mijas or Benahavis. There are over a dozen Golf Courses located within a 15 min. drive, the closest of which are Las Brisas, Los Naranjos, Aloha, La Quinta, La Dame de Noche (24 hour Golf under lights), Guadalmina, Los Arqueros etc. The famous Valderama and Sotogrande Golf Courses are only a 30 min. drive. We can put you in touch with an agent who organises golf competitions at the various courses for a reduced green fee rate.
Many International Restaurants within a 5 min. walk including Traditional Spanish, Thai, Japanese, Chinese, English and Italian. The 5 star "Andalucia Plaza" Hotel is only 500 metres from the apartment and it has nightly entertainment as well as a plush Casino if you fancy a flutter.
One of the biggest hypermarkets on the Costa del Sol, "El Corte Ingles" is within a 15 min walk and they will deliver your purchases free of charge. Smallers shops are within a 5 min. walk.
The apartments are secured with camera operated intercom.

Decorated to the owner's high standards with accommodation for up to a max. of 5 people. Air-conditioned for the warm temperatures of summer and centrally heated for the sometimes cool nights in winter. Fully equipped with modern conveniences such as microwave, coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, fridgefreezer, ceramic hob, oven, Radio/CD, DVD, Video and Satellite T.V. with the English Channels so that you will not miss " Coronation St." while on your holidays. Also a small video library in the unlikely event that you want a quiet night in.
Both bedrooms are twin and beds can easily be converted to doubles. Bedrooms are tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard with built-in wardrobes and bedside lockers. All rooms have shutter blinds. The bedrooms and living/dining area have marble flooring. There is a safe for your use.
The living area comprises of a very comfortable 3 seater sofa and matching armchair, a coffee table and t.v. cabinet with a 21" t.v.
The dining area comprises of table and 4 chairs with a glass cabinet. The walls are tastefully furnished with modern pictures.
The separate kitchen houses all the modern conveniences and has a tiled floor.
The terrace is south west facing and will seat 5 persons for "Al Fresco" dining.
 

Only minutes walk to Mistral Beach where you can stroll on the sand right the way in to Puerto Banus. Many beach games and restaurants on the beach side. There are many water sports here and equipment can be hired.

We are delighted to offer you our second home for your use while holidaying in the Monte Carlo of the Costa del Sol which is Puerto Banus. We have decorated our apartment to a high standard and we are sure that you will want to return more than once. Only a 10 min. stroll to the lively resort of Puerto Banus where you can rub shoulders with the rich and famous. Fancy a flutter in the Casino, it's only a 5 min. walk. 5 min. walk will also take you to the nearest beaches some of which are the best on the Costa del Sol. Car Hire can be arranged if you would like to do some touring. The beautiful whitewashed mountain villages of Ronda, Mijas & Benahavis are well worth a visit, no more than a 30 min. drive. A fifth person can stay by hiring a fold-up bed.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 twin. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the Extra charge. This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 5 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Excellent facilities such as Satellite T.V. with English channels (nice to be able to watch my favourite soaps), Air-conditioning, all mod cons in the kitchen for when we decided to eat in. Quiet surroundings and two lovely pool areas in which to relax the hours away. Apartment is perfectly located for the Port and the beach and was very keenly priced for a property so close to Puerto Banus. Some great restaurants nearby and enjoyed the odd flutter in the Casino down the road. Found the public transport easy to use and very handy to have the bus stop only 200 metres away. Of course the sun shone all week and helped in no small way towards a most enjoyable Christmas. We'll be back!"
