Our apartment has been furnished to a very high standard and we have tried to maintain a warm homely feel with soft colours and furnishings. It really is home from home with everything you'll need to make your holiday as relaxing as possible.

The spacious master bedroom has its own TV, dressing area and en suite bathroom which is fully fitted with a shower. The twin bedroom has generous wardrobe space and has a lovely view over the pool which is beautifully lit at night. This bedroom has access to the adjacent main bathroom. The cosy sitting room has TV with satellite channels, DVD player and a CD player, so remember to bring along your favourite films and music albums! The fully equipped kitchen has everything you'll need for cooking your favourite meals plus a very handy dishwasher for the chores you don't want to be doing whilst trying to make the most of your holiday.

There are 24 hour security guards at El Presidente who make it their aim to keep the Urbanisation as peaceful and safe as possible. There are also tennis courts available for residents to use also.

There are some lovely local restaurants which are just walking distance away including a traditional English pub which serves roast dinners on a Sunday. As you drive into Marbella's town you will find many traditional Spanish restaurants - but if its more multi-cultural food you're after then Puerto Banus is the place for you. You'll find cuisine ranging from Chinese to Indian to even your traditional American diner - all tastes are catered for.

Puerto Banus is the place to make your night out special by looking your best and taking a stroll in the warm night air along the harbour where you'll get to see some of the most famous and prestigious yachts, boats and sports cars imaginable. The rich and famous make this the place to be.

There are many designer boutiques to look at plus the famous department store, El Corte Ingles. If you love shopping this will make your day - Puerto Banus even has its own market day every Saturday where you'll be able to find antiques, leather goods, jewellery and much more. Make sure you stop in the restaurant called Yanks which is very popular amongst the locals and tourists alike.

There's lots to do, including visiting the charming Spanish villages in the mountains such as Ronda, Casares, Mijas and Istan which are within an hours drive from El Presidente. Ronda is one of our favourite places to go as the view is breathtaking once you reach the top - its definitely a place to go and visit.

If its a relaxing day you need then the local beaches are within a few minutes walk away. A holiday here is one of the best you'll experience - we certainly love it.



 

 

Our two bedroom property is a corner apartment which benefits from two lovely views from the terrace - one is of the mature gardens with its main water feature, the fountain and the other view is one of the five swimming pools available to residents. This pool has a built in jacuzzi and has just been made into a heated pool, perfect for the cooler months. All the pool areas have sunloungers. The terrace has its own sunlounger, dining suite for those candlelit dinners and an outdoor sette and two arm chairs to relax into. The main bedroom walks out onto the large terrace and the second bedroom has a Juliet balcony which overlooks the swimming pool. The Urbanisation is set in beautiful tropical gardens which are wonderful to explore and walk around.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a patio area, a balcony, a tennis court.
