It is a very large place being 180 square metres of floor area and a further 80 square metres of terraces.
The apartment has its own private lift and the master bedroom is at lounge level so is easily accessible for disabled guests.
Being a penthouse, it has 3 terraces for all day sunshine (if you can stand the summer heat), and great views.
In winter time it is bathed in the all so important warm sunshine on at least one of the three terraces all day until around 5:00 o'clock.
Last year on New Years's Day it was 24 C.
The upper bedrooms also each have a smaller terrace for that lovely "I'm on holiday" feeling when you wake in the morning.
The largest terrace has a BBQ, a 6 seater dining table & automatic sunshades. It also has a water feature to complete your relaxation.
The smallest (Breakfast) terrace has a 6 seater wicker suite overlooking the beautiful "La Concha" mountain and is perfect for those late evening drinks...

The TV receives BBC1,BBC2,ITV, Channel 4 & "free to air" SKY so you don't have to miss the UK for anything.
All rooms including the bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning although this year we have added ceiling fans to all the bedrooms and lounge areas. We find the fans certainly more comfortable.
We now have full wireless broadband installed so if you must..........you can take your laptop with you. Email us for access passwords
Don't bring towels, hairdryers or coathangers as they are supplied, as is a bed linen and towel change after each week.
The community has just paid for the installation of a heating system to one of the swimming pools so winter holdays have just become even better.

We are situated within a 15 minute walk or a 3 minute car journey from the world famous Puerto Banús Marina with its bevy of beautiful boats ranging from high speed offshore boats and yachts to luxurious cruisers owned by the likes of Michael Douglas and King Fahed of Saudi Arabia.

In Puerto Banús you will also find fishermen with their nets and a marina full of luxury yachts.
If you really want to have a bird´s eye view of the port´s magnificent position, then regular boat trips into Marbella are the ideal solution and available on a regular basis from the central promenade.The beaches adjacent to both sides of Puerto Banús marina hold a European blue flag.

The Marina is world famous for its entertainment of movie stars and the like. The restaurants are therefore used to presenting the finest food available with prices being surprisingly affordable.

Puerto Banus is a great place to take a coffee and watch the celebrities who make this the place to be seen in. Don't be surprised if you see Sean Connery or Antonio Banderas and Melanie Griffiths walking down the front as they have houses here and he even has a street named after him!

We have now fitted wireless internet access, so if you have to take work with you??? it is now easier

The penthouse comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The penthouse has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the penthouse cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The penthouse has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
