The duplex apartment is on the top floor in the exclusive Señorio de Aloha complex with breathtaking views over the surrounding coast and mountains and is available for summer and all year round holiday rentals. Within 5 minutes walk from the apartment you will find lots of restaurants and bars, 2 supermarkets, many banks as well as the bull-ring which hosts a fantastic market every Saturday. The famous marina and beaches of Puerto Banus are only 15 minutes walk from the apartment. The location is also excellent for golfers , see below.

There is a large terrace on the ground floor with outstanding views which gets the sun all day till late evening. The large terrace off the main (upstairs) bedroom catches the evening sun for those romantic evening cocktails.

The apartjment is fully air-conditioned and we have a 32' LCD TV with Sky satelite (BBC ITV C4 etc) in the living room. Upstairs we have the master bedroom with it own 20' TV. All the linen and towels have all been upgraded and replaced for the 2008 season. 

For Golfers, there are many internationally renowned courses near by, within 10 mins drive. Imagine playing golf surrounded by a mountainous backdrop and stunning scenery. The courses include; Real Club de Golf las Brisas, Aloha Golf Club, La Quinta Golf & Country Club, Los Naranjos Golf Club, and Golf la Dama de Noche (floodlit Golf available). The fascinating, white hilltop villages of Casares, Benhavis and Ojen are a short drive away and Seville, Granada, Cadiz and Cordoba are a possible day trip.
San Pedro with its narrow streets and pedestrian ways and its own Andalucian charm is only a few minutes drive and Ronda with its arabic heritage can be reached in an hour.
The larger resort of Marbella can be reached very easily by car or by an enjoyable boat trip from Puerto Banus
 

There are many fantastic restaurants (Italian, Chineese, Indian, Thai, Scandinavian, French, Traditional Spanish) beside the complex. You can also stroll down to the Puerto Banus marina for a glitzy and extensive choice of cuisine, with a hugh selection of bars and nightclubs for later-on. Designer shops such as Gucci, Versace, La Perla, Armani, Louise Vuiton etc, are dotted around the colourful Puerto Banus Marina. There is also a large El Corte Ingles department store (a mixture of John Lewis, Waitrose and Harrods) in town. Marbella town is within 10 minutes drive/bus with it hugh range of shops, beaches, cafes, bars and restaurants..

The penthouse comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The penthouse has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the penthouse cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The penthouse has television dvd, satellite/cable.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this penthouse.

The penthouse is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views. If you are driving there is a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
