This superb 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment affords probably the best and most enviable position in Puerto Banus, overlooking the best beach, the promenade that connects Marbella to Puerto Banus, with unobstructed views of the sea and Marbella in the distance, and on a clear day the African coast. The world-renowned port with all the trappings of the rich and famous is a stones-throw away.
The secure complex oozes affluence, with direct access to the beach, lovely landscaped and green garden areas, beautiful pools and plenty of sun-loungers to chill in the sun.
The apartment has the benefit of its own underground parking space (believe us, a premium in the port!) and lift/concierge service to all floors.
As you would expect from this quality of accommodation, all the home-comforts are provided and the decorations/furnishings are top-class. There is a fully fitted kitchen and utility area, the marbled hallway leads to the large lounge/diner with sumptuous seating and trendy dining suite. This leads to the feature of this apartment; the large, south east facing terrace directly overlooking the sea, just check out some of the photos. Joyous, day or night, the terrace has a large sunblind for those extra hot days.
The master bedroom with large king-size quality bed and one of the two twins shares access to the terrace, thereby opening up the apartment to the wonderful views and setting. Both bathrooms are fully fitted and finished in marble.

The apartment comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 15 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this apartment.
