Built in 2004 to the highest standards, Villa Francesca has a prominent position on the prestigious Santa Clara Golf Club in Marbella. With marble floors, wooden doors and air conditioning throughout, the villa offers luxury accommodation for up to six people. The interior has been stylishly designed by Continental Design whilst outside there is all the living space you would expect to enjoy the year-round sunshine.

 

The ground floor features a large and bright open-plan living area with soft comfortable furnishings. The distinctive dining table comfortably seats six for the odd occasions when you might want to eat inside! There is satellite TV/radio and a DVD player.

However, to make the most of a sub-tropical climate, the lounge opens out on to an impressive shaded terrace of over 11 sq metres. The latest garden furniture enhances the perfect al-fresco living and dining opportunities. The terrace is itself surrounded by a landscaped garden with a large lawn and a variety of shrubs and palm trees. It has its own automated watering system and is regularly maintained. Constant golfing interest is assured as the garden overlooks the seventh green. There is also a car port at the front of the villa.

The fully-fitted kitchen boasts premium cooking facilities including ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, with plenty of workspace. There is also a washing machine, drier and breakfast table. Additionally the ground floor has a separate shower room/WC.

Upstairs there are three double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have their own private balcony offering views across the golf course.

The rental cost includes all linen and towels, plus a generous electricity allowance of €30 per week.

Villa Francesca is situated inside a permanently-manned secure complex which also offers two large pools for the exclusive use of residents. All the facilities of the magnificent Santa Clara clubhouse are but a short stroll away.
 

Villa Francesca is in a prominent position on the Santa Clara golf course. As well as presenting a true golfing challenge for players of all levels, this magnificent club offers a range of facilities. These include an excellent pro-shop and an open terrace to watch play. The fully air conditioned interior has a large relaxing environment where you can enjoy a drink, an informal snack or excellent dining.

Santa Clara is just 30 minutes drive from Malaga airport which is conveniently served by a range of airlines including BA, EasyJet, flybe, Monarch and Iberia. There are many car rental companies to choose from with keen price competition.

The nearest beach is a few minutes drive away and is part of the 23km sandy cove which surrounds Marbella. From here there are outstanding views of the Rock of Gibraltar and across the Mediterranean to North Africa. The town of Elviria is close by with a full range of shops and restaurants. There is also a huge shopping mall, la Cañada, within 10 minutes.

A similar journey will take you to the centre of Marbella with its vast array of designer stores and restaurants. The historic old town is a must with its cobbled streets and famous "orange tree square". A further 10 minutes will bring you to the millionaires' marina at Puerto Banus.

Marbella itself is set against impressive Andalucian hills where there are ample opportunities for exhilarating walks in the national park.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 3 twin, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
